27103, aka 27066 or D5386. Sporting a new coat of BR Blue, NNR. photo S.Brown, 28/6/03

During May/June 2003, 27066 went through a repaint to put it back into B.R. Blue, funded by the new owner (the DFDA is the support group). Pictured here at Sheringham on 28th June 2003, it has also been renumbered into its 27103 guise on one side but still carries '5386' on the other .
The loco was scheduled to transfer to the Dean Forest in September '03, however, due to the axleload limit problems likely to remain until April '04, 27103 will find a temporary home at the East Lancs Rly..
